Saitama 2018: Europe overruling in the Giant Slalom

Germany, Czech Republic and Spain reached the top positions in the podium here in Saitama, confirming that the leadership of the inline alpine still lies in Europe.

World Champions 2018 GS:
Elea Börsig and Jörg Bertsch, both from Germany, won the Gold Medal respectively in the Women and Men category.

Silver medal World Championships 2018 GS:
Czech Republic conqueres teh second step of the podium in both categories thanks Barbora Procházková - Women GS and Jan Möller - Men GS

Bronze medal World Championships 2018 GS:
The Czech Gabriela Kudelaskova got the Bronze in the women category and Sergio Mendez Pérez from Spain for the men.

After the race the “Oto Night Party” took place with delicious traditional foods accompanied by Japanese music and dances.

Tomorrow the World Championships 2018 in Slalom are going to take place. In addition the Combi World Championships 2018 will be finalized tomorrow (the first run - slalom - took place today, the second run - giant slalom - will take place tomorrow; end results will be therefore shared later).
