WRG2019 - Scooter: Thrilling finals

The Scotter competition has ended after three days of competition in the WRG Barcelona 2019 and finished being the biggest skating event in the world. The only one of the 11 disciplines that was not held in Nanjing 2017 has surpassed his debut at Palau Sant Jordi with a note and has had the best possible culmination this Sunday with an amazing final in the WS-ISA Scooter World Championship.

The separation between the winner of the competition with the second and third place riders was as little as less than half points.The American Jonmarco Gaydos (90.80) has finally achieved the gold medal and world title by beating his compatriot Chris Farris (90.60) and the Australian Dylan Morrison (90.40) in a very exciting final.

The women's competition has also been resolved by a short margin of advantage in favor of the American Rebeca Ortiz, who has added 78.60 points. Second was the New Zealand Alexandra Madsen (77.20) and third, the Australian Bianca Dilworth (76.40).

Finally, in the Park Men's Junior World Cup, the British James Gellatly won followed by the Danish Hjalte Langebek Hansen and the Spanish Álex Pérez Ortuño. The local Álex González also grazed the podium in fourth place.
