The semifinal round of the WS-ISA Scooter World Championship - which was held this Saturday at Palau Sant Jordi - ended with a shock. The British Jordan Clark, three times champion of the world of this discipline, qualified in 37th position and will not be in the final on Sunday to play the first 12 classifieds of today.

The American Chris Farris, with 92 points, has led the semifinals ahead of Australians Angus Hughes (88.80) and Dane Forbes (86.80). The other riders who have obtained the pass for the final on Sunday are also Australians Dylan Morrison and Billy Watts, the Czechs David Senkyr and Richard Zelinka, the British Jordan Hall, Jamie Hull, Jayden Sharman and Jonmarco Gaydos, and the American Dakotah Flom.

Without a doubt, the biggest surprise of the day has been the elimination of Jordan Clark. The 20-year-old British rider will not be in Sunday's final in Barcelona - the city that he has declared his favourite to skate - being ranked 37 out of 55 participants with 56.20 points. A fall has been the cause of its poor result.

Clark arrived at his fetish city with the aura of being considered one of the best riders in the world and the idol of Scooter fans. His charisma is unquestionable, as evidenced by his presence in social networks, with more than 400,000 followers on Instagram. Shortly after his fall, he posted a video of it in his official Instagram and totalled of thousands of reproductions in a few minutes.

The Briton has for a long time now become much more than an elite athlete in his speciality. It has a channel on YouTube with almost 40,000 subscribers and has a line of cooters with his name that he has designed himself. To make matters worse, Clark made his appearance in the first episode of the series Game Changers, Sky Sports, to put just another example of its popularity.
