From May 7 to 11, 2019, twenty-four Technical Delegates from around the world will gather in Istanbul for a 5-day Skateboarding Seminar that will open the path for many to come.

Hosted by the Turkish Skateboarding National Federation in cooperation with the Turkish Olympic Committee, the Government of Turkey, World Skate and the IOC Olympic Solidarity, this technical course will have a dual focus: while it will pave the way for the promotion of Gender Equality best practices, it will also spread knowledge pertaining to various competition-related topics including rules, formats and strategy as well as a deeper understanding of Judging and Coaching best practices.

Under the guidance of World Skate experts with a proven track record of achievements and competency in judging, training, contest direction and team management, participants will be enabled to share their experience and know-how as well as future goals and expectations with fellow judges, team managers, and trainers of different level, gender, origin and culture, on the road to Tokyo 2020.
