on 26th of September 2008 took place the Elective Congress of the European Roller Skating Confederation. Mr Fernando Claro (Portugal) was reconfirmed as President and took place also the election of the three Vice Presidents: Mr. Ignacio Gonzalez Pereira ( Spain), Mr. Jan Piotrowsky (Belgium), Mr. Fernando Leandro Naroli (Italy)
