Spain celebrated twice in Rink Hockey. The Under-19 team secured victory thanks to a decisive goal scored by Genis Costa early in the second half, after the score had initially been level at 1-1 and Portugal had taken the lead. The European derby was intense and at times physical, but it showed how much the defences made the difference in such a closely contested match. Both goalkeepers stood out, especially the Spanish goalkeeper, who proved decisive during the final power play, two minutes from the end. Portugal took silver, as in 2024, while Spain claimed its sixth title out of twelve overall, and its second in a row. Argentina took bronze, matching its podium finish in 2024 after beating Italy 6-4.

Rink Hockey Women also delivered a thrilling final. Spain won 3-1, but the match was highly competitive and exciting, surrounded by a large crowd. The first half ended 0-0, but in the second, captain Piquero broke the deadlock. A few minutes later, Roces scored the decisive second goal, making it 2-0. Argentina remained dangerous throughout, but its goal came only five minutes from the end. Spain were penalised in the final three minutes, but handled the situation well, looking to score the final goal into an empty net with Florenza.. For Spain, this was yet another confirmation of its dominance: a second consecutive title after 2024, its fifth in the last six editions and ninth overall. Argentina took silver, improving on its result at the last World Cup, while Italy finished third after beating Portugal. Italy's previous medal dated back to 1996.
