The graphic composition is totally different from the previous one but no substantial alteration has been made.



It is a better co-ordination of all aspects of speed skating rules at which all continental and national organizations are invited to conform to starting from April 1, 2011.



The current version is in English, while that in Spanish will be published in the next days.



The conformation to international rules by continental and national rules will create uniformity of interpretation of rules that will be of great advantage to coaches and skaters above all.
