The men easily won over France: Le Bleu tried to defende the title conquered last year in Toulouse, but Czech Republic dominated during all the match and scored the second goal at ten seconds by the end.
In the final for the Bronze, Italy confirmed an unexpected tournament winning over USA 3-2: both the teams put all their heart and technics in the rink in an exciting match, hardfought till the end.
Spain won the Bronze in the Senior Ladies tournament, 4-3 against Finland: the match was quite balanced and the second period ended 3-3. In the overtime, Shauny Ortega Lopez (ESP) ensured the third step pf the podium, scoring the Golden Goal in power play after a great chorus action that left her free and alone in front of the goal area.
The Czech Republic women dominated in a quite tense match against the USA: Czech scored two goals in the first period and never gave to USA great chances to reduce the disadvantage. Back from the locker rooms, USA was sharper and pushed so much that hit the 2-1 goal but was unsuccessful in closing actions that should have let them to go to the overtime.
