Inline Speed Skating goes to the road circuit in Puerto Madero. Long straights and tactical corners characterize the circuit.

8 World Titles were the prize of today and 6 of them were won by 6 different countries.

1 LAP SPRINT

We started in the morning with the 1 LAP SPRINT qualification’s rounds. The lap measures 330mt, quite short distance for the Lap Sprint event and the skaters went full speed from the start.

The race is a real show and podium was defined by few millimeters. In the end, who started first also finished first, so the start might have been a real nervous moment.

In Junior ladies the rise of a “new” country is now a reality with Ivonne Nochez from El Salvador who took the win.

For the Junior boys, Jhon Tascon showed his superiority and won another gold medal for Colombia.

In Senior Ladies, Olympic Champion Erin Jackson, won the race. Even if, note to everyone, cheering before the finish line might be dangerous! She wins the race for only 0.01.

Duccio Marsili started as the favorite of the race as he won all the heats quite easily. But Jhoan Guzman anticipated him at the start and won the event.
