CARS General Assembly has been successfully held on September 25, 2014, in Haining, China, during which, Mr. Guoyong Liu, the president of the Chinese Roller Skating Association, was unanimously approved as the new CARS President.

During the meeting the greetings from FIRS President Sabatino Aracu were announced. CARS President, Mr. Guoyong Liu, appreciated the confidence from FIRS President Mr. Aracu. Also, during the first CARS Central Committee Meeting, Mr. Liu immediately proposed five tasks for CARS:

1. Roller Sports return to Asian Games.

2. Expand CARS membership.

3. Create CARS web site.

4. Modify CARS Constitutions.

5. Making Marketing program for CARS.
