Santa Maria Nuova (AN) will host the European Cup Inline Speedskating for the second consecutive year (the only Italian stop) within the 6 Giorni Rotellistica from 4 to 9 August 2020. The previous edition brought back to Italy, after several years, over 60 foreign athletes from 10 countries. The "6 Giorni 2019" was attended by 59 clubs with over 200 athletes from all over Italy and Europe to compete in front of a thousand spectators every evening.

The opening ceremony of the 2020 edition will take place on Tuesday 4 August and the races will begin on Wednesday 5 August. The European Cup competitions will be run from 5 to 8 August. On Sunday, August 9  the Maglia Aragosta will be awarded to the winners of each category as it has always been a symbol of the 6 Giorni of Santa Maria Nuova.

The Santa Maria Nuova club is preparing the 2020 edition at its best. The competition program will be enriched with outline events dedicated to the "Old Glories" at Paralympic Sport and other various events such as conferences in collaboration with the school of the Sports of the CONI Marche. Local authorities of the institutions and of the sports world will be present in all six evenings.
