A very long day spent at the Pala Igor which led to a second sold-out at this world event (3600 people). A very long afternoon which saw the two semi-finals played at a very high pace and intensity and a women's final which crowned Spain once again on the world throne. Spain who had great intensity as always but managed to score two goals with Sanjurjo and Roces. It is the eighth title in 17 editions, in a sector that dominates together with Argentina. Portugal silver in the world championship and Argentina third, while Italy remains fourth. In Pala Dal Lago, the last finals were played to define the definitive classification. In fifth place Chile, sixth Colombia, seventh Great Britain and eighth France. Europe loses two places.

Women Intercontinental also ended. At the PalaNovarello, Germany triumphed by winning the cup, winning 11-1 against Australia. Brazil won Bronze by beating the Netherlands. Europe and Oceania conquers the positions for the World Championship next edition.

The Challengers Championship ended with a large audience in the stands of the PalaSartorio. A very tough challenge for the 11 teams registered, where Austria triumphed, 7-3 against Uruguay. Third was the Netherlands who won against Israel. One place gained from Europe and America.

The Senior Men Intercontinental Championship is still underway at Pala Dal Lago. This morning there will be the last two finals that will decide the podium of the men's "B" World Championship, namely Great Britain-Chile for gold and USA-Colombia for bronze. The finals decree the loss of the place to Africa and Oceania, because Australia ranked 7th and Egypt 8th of the Tournament.

Two rinks already closed, closing in the morning with the awards ceremony at Pala Dal Lago, all attention shifts to PalaIgor where a full house is expected for the third time. After the morning finals between Andorra and Switzerland and Angola France which will define the positions from 5th to 8th, the first Final will take place at 15:00. Italy and Portugal will compete for the World Cup bronze while Spain and Argentina will compete for gold and the world title at 18:00.
