Our friend from Australia, passed away last week after an unexpected and cruel illness as most in the skating world know, and we will all miss his wonderful smile around us at future World Championships.
He judged several World Championships, was often Team Manager for the Australian team, and all who met him were captured with his friendly attitude to everyone he came into contact with. Many exhibititions, fundraising events and meeting have been held recently around Australia, and it was obvious how much he was loved by everyone.
RIP Steve we will never forget you.
Flowers were sent on behalf of his fellow Judges throughout the World - so you all know we were part of his final farewell.
