A touching afternoon warmed the audience in the Pala Igor Arena in Novara: a never-ending succession of unforgettable emotions that started with the Senior Ladies competitions.

Senior Ladies - Result Free

The defending champion Debora Sbei (ITA) had to come back from the disadvantage after the Short Programme: a great "Frida Kalo" was not enough to overtake a wonderful and amazing Silvia Nemesio (ITA) that skated like a winner, over every expectations since the very beginning of these Worlds. The Spanish Monica Gimeno Coma was in the run for the third position and got the better of the Italian Letizia Ghiroldi, in an amazing programme.

And then it was the turn of the Senior Men. What a competition! Of the three athletes on the podium, Alessandro Amadesi (ITA) was the first to enter the floor and, with the exception of a flaw in the first jump, was sensational. Soon after him, Andrea Girotto presented a performance perfect on all accounts: his target was the podium and he centred it, coming back from the fifth position of the short programme. Luca Lucaroni was the last one to perform. As for yesterday, when he won the Gold in the Pairs together with Rebecca Tarlazzi, the pure talent was again on the floor of the Pala Igor and the audience bestowed him a standing ovation worthy of a King.

2 Alessandro Amadesi ITA

Junior Couple Dance - Final Result
The Americans Kuan and Seidel won the Gold Medal without any excitation, being clearly a cut above the others. A hard-fought Silver Medal went to Rossetti/Seidel (ITA) and the Portuguese José Cruz - Gold in the Junior Solo Dance - went again on the podium together with Daniela Dias, but this time it was on the lower step.

Senior Couple Dance - Final Result
Another Italian Challenge closed the day: three Couple faced for the Gold. Alessandro Spigai and Elena Leoni confirmed the Gold in Cali with an astounding performance that cut off the breath. Silver Medal went to Andrea Bassi and Silvia Stibilj, Bronze Medal to  Alberto Maffei and Rachele Campagnol.
The romance reigned when, in front of a crowded arena, Joshua Meloy knelt down before Jaymee Mason and asked her to be a couple in the life as in the sport.
